The Hair Station opened its doors at 26 Station Street on Wednesday 6 August 2025: a new shop for Mel and for the clients, friends and family who have supported her over the years.
Inside you'll find herringbone floors, dark green shelving and a railway-station sign on the wall. Come in for a balayage, a full head of foils, a toner, a perm or a quick clipper cut.
In January 2026 the Ross Gazette counted The Hair Station among the independent businesses that opened in Ross-on-Wye in the past year.

Colour
Foils, tints and toners
Full or half head foils, T-bar foils, regrowth and whole-head tints, scalp bleach and toners or glossing. Every colour package comes with an Olaplex treatment, a cut and a blow-dry, and an Olaplex & K18 treatment can be booked on its own.
